Who knew there would be a ray of sunshine this morning? As we are still grieving the passing of Aggie's son, came the confirmation that there should soon be another kitty family joining these pages. It looks like another member of STScI will be bringing news (and pictures, of course) about a young mom and her two kittens early next week, so please stay tuned!
And, of course, we'll update you on how momma Aggie is doing and about our continuing search for her forever home. Thank you, everyone, for loving up on #1 Son, during his brief life and at the news of his passing.
as sad as this is, i'm glad you're able to focus on a new little family so soon. hugs and kisses to agnes. she looks like just a baby herself. things tend to happen for a reason - as difficult as it can be to accept and understand. #1 angel..
ReplyDeleteI live In France, would never have get a chance to meet Son1 in person, or you and any of your foster cat, but reading the sad news this morning really spoiled my day. Silly me. I've been sad all day. I'm glad you'll soon have another little family to take care of. Will Aggie still be with you? She was so protective, maybe she would be a good substitue mother for orphans, like Charlene of the itty bitty kitty?
ReplyDeleteWe have a number of our babies at the Rainbow Bridge and have sent word...Number One Son will be greeted with nuzzies and purrs and cream and love and snuggles.
ReplyDeleteBlessed be.
I'm so sorry to hear about No. 1 Son's passing, sorry for you and for Aggie. He had such a good life, full of mama love and human love, and slipped away quietly.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear this news. Frankenstein aka Emmett and I are thinking of you and Aggie.
ReplyDeleteThank you, everyone, for your kindness. Doc Andrew checked in and said simply that sometimes kittens just don't make it and we don't know why.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad we shared his short life together! I'm sure he is playing now with tiny Bernadette, Atticus, Jerry Lee and the other precious little ones we've known and loved!
