Time to pull together! Let's support sweet Myron!

I'm sincerely hoping this is about the zillionth time you've seen a variation of this post on the intertubes... because everybody in the cat blogosphere is linking over to Pitter Pats of Baby Cats! (I actually read about Myron first at Aunty's place tonight!)

The sad news: Sue's adorable little Myron tested positive for feline leukemia.
The glad news: Sue and friends went into overdrive to find a suitable placement for this precious boy... and found one! It's a wonderful shelter that will allow Myron to live his life with dignity. (And who knows, even though he is testing strongly positive, he's a baby and may test negative in the future. Miracles do happen, as Sue wisely points out!)
What we can do: First, go on over and read the whole story at Pitter Pats. Send Sue your words of love and support and Myron healing purrs. And when you're done, if the budget allows, go on over to Purrfect Pals, the super shelter who is taking him in, and help sponsor him. Any amount will help! If we all pitch in, just a little, it'll be like all of Sue's friends adopting her sweet boy!

We've Been Linked!

Sue, the author of Pitter Pats of Baby Cats, a Tacoma WA, adoption blog discovered us and was nice enough to link to us in her blog's "Friends" section! How exciting! This is how the web works at it's best! One tells another and so on... the more people who read the blog, the better the chances of finding good homes for our cuties! (Aggie, #1 Son and those yet to come.)

Sue had a good laugh with us, too. We follow her blog and, inadvertently, pilfered the surname she'd given her current fosters (at least we're pretty sure that's what inspired our choice). They're the Ducharmes and we're the Duchamps. Sue gave her full approval to the the rip-off! Here's a shot from the most recent (and one of the neatest) entries in Pitter Pats:

So folks, can we let Sue know we appreciate her support? Go on over to Pitter Pats and just drop a quick "thank you for linking to The Adventures of Space Paws" into a comment on the current post, please!
