Just a quick one... more reports later today!
Here's a snap of the condition of the crew last night!! Yeah! Grey and Aggie (my two prickliest darlings) are sleeping within inches of each other. This is the second time Grey has slept on my bed, with other cats in it! Also on the bed are Percy, and out of camera range, Peggy Sue (and that big blue lump is me!). Glad the cell phone was handy!
That's great that they're all starting to snuggle a wee bit closer to eachother!
ReplyDeleteI tell my honey that when both our cats sleep with us, it means good luck. But three??? That's lottery-lucky!
ReplyDeleteActually 4 cats, Ann... Peggy Sue was on the other side of Percy! 5 if you count Bitty, who was doing her monorail cat immitation on the headboard. :-)
ReplyDeleteIt can get a bit crowded some nights. And on the occasions there's no one in the bed but me, I can finally stretch!! ;-)
Yay they are getting along! I am so glad it is going well! And seriously, how is Percy not adopted yet? And believe me I understand what it is like when the kitties take over the bed - I have 2 who love to make sure they are in the place that is the most awkward for me!
ReplyDeleteOne of the happiest parts of my day was waking up and seeing all three of our cats sleeping in bed with us...we lost our sweet Poppy yesterday morning.
ReplyDeleteI understand completely about losing my bed to kitties. A twin bed was not enough room for Q and myself, so I bought a bigger bed. Now, I'm back on a twin with both 9 and Chani!
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to you Hyacinth. Sending Q a special message to meet up with Poppy over the Rainbow Bridge.
Oh, Hyacinth, I am so sorry! My heart goes out to you, Mishka, Bino and the Dad! The only thing that brings a smile through the tears is the thought of Poppy, at Rainbow Bridge, saying, "Hmmmmph! Well now I suppose its my job to keep these idiots in line until their humans get here!"
ReplyDeleteAll my love,
Lisa
Hooray for detente! It's always nice when everything's copacetic.
ReplyDeleteLisa you are a miracle worker! It's only been two and a half weeks since Grey came to live with you and you've already got him accepting others! Wow! His only prior experience with "other" cats (at least in the past 9 months) has been so horribly traumatic that this is truly an amazing accomplishment. Brava! - Sharon
