Board (In)Action

Miss Bitty had been charging back and forth across the kitteh walk so I tried to film a bit. It was the signal to halt. All action stopped when I started filming. Fortunately, Mr. Percy came to the rescue with his adorable belly. And we got a little shot of Miss Peggy Sue in there, too!

I did take another clip with a little more action, but "North by Northwest" was on in the background and the sound was very distracting. Dang, I didn't know I watched TV with the volume up so high!! ;-)

PS- Those popcorn boxes in the clip are the leftovers from Halloween. *sigh* We usually get about 125-150 kids in a night but, I guess because of the drizzle on Saturday, this year only 54.

  1. How beautiful Ms Bitty turned out to be! And what a little sucker for attention, Mr Percy!

I hope they and the sweet Peggy Sue get adopted soon, and all together.

  2. oh my gosh, Percy's getting so big... Percy's belly and his little "mrrts". So darn cute! Here's to hoping they all get their furever homes. I know that I would not be able to give them up if they were in my house, but more power to you, Lisa for fostering them!

  3. Phew! I thought it was just MY animals who cease all cute activities as soon as I point a camera at them!

I'm serious - the appearance of the camera seems to be a cue for sleeping kittehs to wake up, cuddly kittehs to suddenly need to use the litterbox, and kittehs lounging with fluffy bellies in the air suddenly flip back over and hide that vast expanse of bellyage. *sigh*

And woot for "North by Northwest"! Are you a Hitchcock fan? J'adore Psycho and Rear Window...I've also seen Vertigo and NbNW.

  4. Maybe Miss Bitty forgot to read the script, or she didn't hear you shout "action". The critters sure are cute!

  5. Such a sweet look on Miss Bitty's face in that photo! "Of course I'm beautiful," she seems to be saying.

  6. Oh, geez... Percy and his invitation to a belly-rub has killed me deader than dead... *clunk* (I agree with the other posters--HOW has that boy not been adopted yet?) And so nice to see Peggy Sue and Bitty, too... you really have a houseful of gorgeous kitties!

  8. Wow Percy has gotten so big! They are all such cuties, and so lucky that they have that awesome catwalk to play on now! I am so surprised that no one has snatched up Percy yet though - he is such a cutie. But I bet his mom is glad he is still around!

  9. I have NO idea why those uber-sweet, gorgeous beings haven't been adopted yet. They are the very definition of kitty perfection. Truly.

But we know their time will come and it will have been worth the wait. It always works out that way.

  10. Yes, I'm feeling like I haven't promoted them enough, but we'll keep looking for great homes. A couple of nibbles, but none have panned out as yet.

Yes, Margaret, I am a fan of The Master! Can't say which is my favorite. Love 'em all. The 39 Steps, Shadow of a Doubt and (yeah, go ahead and laugh) Family Plot... and, oh, stop! Just leave it as I love Hitch!
